Morocco Luxury Highlights is a state-licensed luxury travel agency (approved by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism).
Founded by Benoit Cordonnier, in collaboration with Fayssal (senior guide and field expert) and Aziz (one of the pioneers of high-end travel in Morocco), our agency is a small, independent boutique company dedicated to tailor-made experiences.

Booking & Payment Terms
Process: Consultation → Personalized proposal → Validation → Deposit → Final confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer (details provided on invoice).
- Credit card via secure payment link (through the official Moroccan Interbank Center).
Official invoices are provided. Flexible payment plans available for group bookings upon request.
Cancellation Policy (General Guidelines)
Conditions vary depending on hotels, camps, or activity providers. As a guideline:
- More than 30 days before arrival: full refund (excluding administrative fees).
- 15–30 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: generally non-refundable.
Note: Prestigious hotels (Royal Mansour, Amanjena, La Mamounia, etc.) have strict cancellation policies — these will always be clearly stated in your quotation.
Timing & High Season
- Recommended booking time: 6–8 weeks in advance.
- Peak periods: Christmas & New Year’s, Easter, and summer — best to book 2–3 months ahead.
- Many top riads do not accept single-night bookings in high season — a sign of their exclusive positioning.
Pricing & Transparency
We provide detailed quotations with clear breakdowns of accommodation, transport, guides, and activities.
We always negotiate luxury packages at competitive rates for our agency partners — without compromising on quality.
Safety & Insurance
All our drivers and guides are licensed, insured, and highly experienced.
We recommend guests carry personal travel insurance (including cancellation and medical coverage).
Our local team is available 24/7 for any operational support or emergencies.
Medina Access & Logistics
Some riads (like Riad de Tarabel or Riad Joya) are not directly accessible by car — guests may need to walk 5–15 minutes from the drop-off point.
Others (such as La Maison Arabe or Riad Kniza) are accessible but located in different neighborhoods — we handle all logistics including luggage assistance, valet, and safety coordination for smooth arrivals.
Special Requests & Sustainable Travel
We actively promote responsible tourism — supporting local artisans, women’s cooperatives, and community projects.
If you have dietary, mobility, or medical requirements, please inform us when booking so we can personalize your program accordingly.
Additional & Custom Services
Private photographer or videographer, event decoration, traditional live music, fire performers (for special events), wellness experiences, cooking classes, and exclusive tailor-made moments — all are available upon request.
We can also fully privatize venues such as riads, restaurants, or desert camps depending on availability.

A: Tips can be included in the package upon request, or we can provide clear guidelines for each service.
Q: How to choose between a riad and a hotel?
A: A riad offers a more intimate, architectural, and cultural experience, while a 5-star hotel provides more facilities and international-level service. We advise based on your travel style — romantic, family, or business.
